The straws that really do break the camel's back?
Every time I see someone post their bullshit “I’m leaving SL good riddance LL!” I always laugh. really, I do. However, with the updated Linden Lab Terms of Service, in conjunction with the Third Party Viewer “agreement” and several other factors (such as how the new Viewer 2 is buggy as hell, nowhere near ready for “prime-time” and totally changes the...

#slviewer2 still rockets you into fly mode when standing after sitting, still doesn’t save view prefs, is sad excuse for “release”. Pitiful.

Whiny Crybaby Stroker Serpentine Screws the Grid
Stroker Serpentines frivolous whiny lawsuit against Linden Lab causes Linden Lab to update it’s Terms of Service to the detriment of all Second Life users. What other possible, plausible explanation could there be for such heavy-handed terms? Official Blog Post and Feedback. Gee, thanks, dip-shi… er, Stroker!

Second Life and Linden Lab: Grid-wide Shake-up...
Linden lab has officially released Viewer 2. I haven’t looked at it since the original public beta, so I guess I’ll download and look at the “release” version tonight and hope and pray they have fixed the only real usability issues (for me anyway) that caused me to stop using it: Sorting inventory by Name and “System folder at top” turned-OFF was not...

Xstreet SL: You Bee-ach, You! →
As a shopper, I love Xstreet SL. However, as a shopper I hate Xstreet SL. On the other hand as a merchant I love Xstreeet SL. But I also hate Xstreet SL for the extra work is causes me. You can’t live with it and you can’t live without it. I won’t hold my breath for something better to come along.

iPad wi-fi + 3G shipping early?
I pre-ordered the higher-end iPad wi-fi + 3G. The iPad wi-fi only (without a 3G cellular radio) begins shipping Monday for delivery on the 3rd of April. Thus, if you’ve pre-ordered one of these, it should be at your door on Saturday. If you have elected for any of the 3G versions, though - you shouldn;t expect anything until at least “late April” - which to me means anything...
